Vernisha created Serenity Life Home Care Agency after years serving as a home care administrator and watching too many seniors return home without the help they needed. She saw families exhausted, clients unsafe, and preventable hospital readmissions. Her response was simple and practical, build a local agency that treats every client like a neighbor, not a number.
Vernisha now guides every care plan with a personal question in mind, would this be good enough for my own family. Clients, caregivers, and referral partners benefit from her calm leadership, clear communication, and firm belief that people thrive when they feel right at home.
